We regularly deliver training on church administration and operational management via day events in person, virtually, and through our residential conferences.

Area Training Days

Amplify Your Impact Area Training Days! How can we identify what is the best use of our time, and provide the most administrative value? Join us for a day packed full of shared wisdom, practical tools and know-how. In 2022/2023 UCAN delivered 11 in-person sessions across the UK and this 2024, we are exploring bringing this training to you online!

We have led four other series of Area Training Days delivered across a variety of geographic regions, for all categories of Church Administrator during 2011 to 2013 (10 venues in series 1), 2014-2016 (14 venues in series 2) and 2017-2018 (7 venues in series 3), 2019 - 2020 (12 venues in series 4).

Virtual

Increasingly, training is also available virtually. An online version of our 2019-2020 Communications training can be accessed via the link above, as well as a digital pass to all the seminars and keynote speeches at our 2023 Cutting Edge Conference. Watch this space for digital versions of future conferences and training days.

On a bi-monthly basis, UCAN+ Virtual Roundtables are available for our senior manager members, providing spiritual encouragement and a training presentation focussed on a specific area of operational responsibility.

UCAN will also be launching online training and networking sessions for non-managerial administrator members later in 2024!
