Hours: Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Salary: £34,515 to £41,420 per annum

We’re seeking a strategic and relational Operations Manager who is excited about bringing clarity, organisation and momentum to the ministry and mission of our church. Working closely with the Vicar as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be someone who can bring strategic oversight to our operations while gladly rolling up your sleeves when needed to handle practical details and see things through to completion. You will shape and oversee all our operational functions, ensuring that our people, resources and buildings are effectively aligned to bring our vision to life day by day. With scope to develop robust systems, lead our administrative staff, and offer support to an exciting upcoming building redevelopment project, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us pursue our vision to Encounter Jesus, Build Community and Seek Transformation.
