Location: Holy Trinity Wallington, South London
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
Salary: £38-44k FTE (depending on experience)

Role:

To enable the vision for the church and its facilities to become reality, and to co-ordinate all aspects of church operation and organisation so to release pastoral and teaching staff for church growth.

An exciting, challenging and rewarding role has opened up at Holy Trinity Wallington for someone to join our staff team as a senior leader to enable us as a church family to turn our vision for the church and its facilities into reality.

Our vision at Holy Trinity is to be “a growing family where God transforms lives through Jesus” as we engage with people in our localities and communities, as we explain Jesus to those people, as we establish Christian in their faith in Jesus, as we equip Christians to serve Jesus and as we export some to share the good news of Jesus locally, nationally and globally. Holy Trinity has a busy, fantastic modern and flexible church and centre complex with extensive use by church activities & community.

We are looking for someone who:

Will share our excitement about the gospel vision God has given us and who will work with us to see, under God, come to fruition.
Have strong management, leadership, organisation and team working skills to enable church members and teams in serving..
Will oversee our operations, including helping us proactively develop and maintain our physical facilities for the use and support of our mission and outreach.

About the church:

Holy Trinity Church Wallington is a conservative evangelical Anglican Church in the heart of Wallington. Holy Trinity is a church of approximately 250 adults and 70 children who are made up of all different backgrounds, cultures and traditions. They come from Wallington and the surrounding area, and they are very much a warm welcoming family.

22 years ago, the church built the Trinity Centre, which offers a range of flexible space for church, commercial and community use. The now redeveloped church adjoins it, which is a beautiful resource able to seat 300 people. Holy Trinity Wallington has an existing staff team of 6 paid staff and 3 voluntary staff. With a rich history of mission and growth, the church family has committed itself to its vision and values.
