Operations Manager

Location: St Silas Church, Glasgow
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (37.5 or 22.5 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum
Closing date: 29th May 2026

Role:

The Operations Manager will work alongside the Rector and ministry staff, and oversee the committed ministry support team. Their role is to provide strategic oversight, management and development of the Church’s activities and operations.

This is a new and strategic post. We are looking for someone motivated to apply their gifts and skills in management and administration, in order to enable the church to fulfil its vision for mission and ministry.

While a Full Time role is envisaged, we would welcome enquiries about a part time alternative.
