Church Operations Administrator

Location: Bethel Baptist Church, Farnham, Surrey
Hours:
Part-Time (28 hours per week with some flexibility)
Salary: up to £22,960 per annum (experience/skills/qualifications dependent)
Closing date: 30th June 2026

Role:

We are looking for someone to bring excellent operational leadership, governance coordination, communications and admin support, in a prayerful and grace-filled way. Ideally you will have great people and communication skills, as well as being highly organised. You will also be able to use your initiative and multi-task well, in a busy environment.

About the church:

We are a growing all-age community church of around 80 members and 150 attendees in the residential area of Upper Hale in north Farnham, Surrey. Bethel’s informal culture is one of warmth, grace, care, and commitment to the Word and to one another.
