John has worked in Operations all his working life, starting off his career in manufacturing. Following a career break during which he was a churchwarden during an interregnum, John started his consultancy business.  He has a passion for helping organisations both charity and commercial ‘to be the best they can be’, especially churches!

Since 2020, John has worked part time as the Operations and Projects Manager at the Lantern Church, Wimborne, alongside his consultancy.  John is part of the New Wine Ops and Admin Ministry leadership team, a coach on the ‘Managing Church Well’ course and on the board of a Schools Multi Academy Trust.
