We are delighted to share a new addition to the Churchworkers.net (CWN) team - welcome Jane Higginbottom as a new Senior Advisor!
Jane is a committed Christian living in Glossop, Derbyshire (High Peak) and works part-time as Head of Operations for a Church of England church in Greater Manchester. She joins the CWN team as a Senior HR Advisor. Alongside this role, Jane volunteers with UCAN as Leader of the Greater Manchester Senior Managers local group and supports the organisation with payroll and pensions administration.
CIPD qualified, Jane brings HR experience from previous roles with a large firm of solicitors and two national banks, alongside many years working within church and charity settings. Jane has worked in church operations for the past 12 years and is passionate about equipping local churches with effective HR support and operational processes; alongside helping churches feel connected, supported and part of a bigger team, through the wider CWN and UCAN networks.
Please join us in praying for Jane as she steps into this new role. She will be supporting our CWN members by responding to HR support requests and offering advice on a range of employment-related issues. We look forward to the valuable insight she will bring to the team.
