Making space for Local Groups
We know that finding the time to attend a Local Group gathering is not always easy, particularly when to-do lists are full or if you only work a few hours each week. Where possible, we encourage members to attend Local Group gatherings during their working hours, as we see these gatherings as a valuable part of your continuing professional development. We hope that line managers, leaders and ministers will recognise the value of this time and support you to attend as part of your role, however, if you would like some help or suggestions with asking to attend a Local Group during working hours, please get in touch with us by email at network@churchadministrators.net. We would be very happy to help.

With 42 groups up and running, we’re really pleased to see almost half have already got an Autumn date in the diary, if you haven’t got a date in the diary for this term yet, start planning and get your date in the diary so we can let everyone know! No group near you? Would you feel able to facilitate a meeting of administrators in your area each term? Contact us for a no pressure chat about what that may look like. We don’t want facilitating a group to be a burden but a chance for local administrators to meet, share ideas/learning and pray together, where everyone is participating.
