Our next Virtual Roundtable for Manager level members will be held on Wednesday 18th November, 12:30-1:45pm on Zoom.

In this session we will take a look at two situations that many church managers find hard: what to do when someone is not performing as expected and how to recognise that someone may be thinking of leaving - all without jumping to conclusions. We will use a simple approach (notice, talk, act and involve) and practise how to open a conversation that is honest and kind.

This session is for anyone who manages people, hopes to in the future, or works alongside others and wants to handle these moments well.
