What a warm but wonderful 3 days together at our Cutting Edge conference last month! More than 100 church managers, senior administrators, speakers and exhibitors gathered together in the midst of a heatwave to explore how we can equip and empower ourselves and others to fulfill the roles God has called us to. What a privilege to witness the UCAN community at its best (albeit most sweatiest)!
There were countless conversations over coffee, new friendships formed and plenty of moments to share ideas and experiences with others who understand the joys and challenges of church management. The teaching both challenged and inspired and gave everyone lots to take home and reflect upon.
We even managed a quiz, enjoyed far too much pick and mix (before some of it melted!) and discovered a few creative ways to stay cool!
