A CPD-accredited course designed to help you develop personal insight, leadership tools and stronger church teams
Developed by GiANT Worldwide and delivered by Dr Jules Morgan, Senior Consultant at Wakeman Wright Group, this course brings the proven GiANT leadership toolkit into a church management context. Tailored especially for UCAN Manager members, it offers practical tools to support healthy, self-aware and people-focused leadership in church settings.
What is Altitude Training?
This course equips you with simple, visual tools that help you understand your leadership style, communicate more effectively and bring out the best in others.
You’ll learn how to lead from a place of health, support team development and create lasting change in your leadership environment. Sessions are interactive, with plenty of time for reflection, input and coaching.
Who is it for?
This course is open to UCAN Manager members and is ideal for those who:
Serve in a church leadership or management position in the UK - take part as a team or individually!
Want to lead with greater self-awareness and impact
Are looking for CPD-accredited leadership development
Value peer learning, accountability and growth in a supportive setting

What to expect:
This is a 12-month course delivered online and includes:
Fortnightly 60-minute sessions on Zoom with peer learning groups for shared growth and accountability
Weekly 30-minute video training focused on learning & practical tools
A 90-minute 1:1 session with coaching and facilitation from a trained leadership guide
Access to the full GiANT leadership toolkit

Course cost:
We are delighted to be able to offer this course to UCAN Manager members at a significantly reduced cost as follows:
If attending alone: £90 per month for 12 months
Attending with up to 2 other church leaders: £150 per month for 12 months
(Standard RRP is £225 per month per person, before discount. Payments are made in advance in two six-monthly instalments, with the option to step away after the first six months if circumstances change)
