Manager member Virtual Roundtables
Our bi-monthly Virtual Roundtables bring church managers together from across the UK for conversation, encouragement and practical development. These gatherings are included as part of a UCAN Manager level membership, providing a dedicated space to connect with colleagues who understand the realities of church leadership.
Each session offers:
Spiritual encouragement and reflection
Skills-focused discussion and practical insights
Peer support through breakout room conversations
The roundtables run for 1 hour 15 minutes over a lunchtime slot every other month. They are completely free to attend for Manager level members, offering a convenient way to engage in professional growth and support the ministry being led.
