Monthly Mailing - All of our members will receive our monthly newsletter jam packed with news, helpful articles and details of upcoming events such as upcoming training, Local Group Gatherings and our annual conferences.

Local Network - We are passionate about peer support! One of the biggest treasures of UCAN is our local groups where all UCAN members can connect and meet with other church administrators and managers in their area, to pray together and share knowledge, resources and skills - click here for more details. 

UCAN are focussing on increasing the number and range of groups available, so that every church administrator in the UK has a group near them that they can join if they would like to. 

UCAN'S My ChurchSuite - our Administrator and Manager members get access to UCAN's My ChurchSuite where you can connect with a local group and other administrators, see upcoming events, find links to resources and more!

Members Forum - As well as offering regional peer support with our local groups, we also have a national, knowledgeable, network of church administrators in our UCAN forum. UCAN Administrator and Manager level members can find resources, advice and a wealth of knowledge and experience from hundreds of other like-minded individuals. Request access to the forum here.

Resources - We don't believe in having to reinvent the wheel (unless it's absolutely necessary!) and have a number of resources available in our UCAN forum.

We also have a library of downloadable resources and templates which can be accessed by Administrator and Manager level Members! With over 50+ templates and growing, covering 9 key areas of church administration. Training - We regularly provide area training days nationwide for Church Administrator and Manager members. Keep an eye on our FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn or Website for details of 2026/2027 training dates. 

Did you know that we also offer accredited training especially curated for Church Administrators & Managers? If you serve in a non-managerial role, you might like to consider our Distance Learning Course: The Work of a Church Administrator in association with Cliff College. If your role involves leading others, do take a look at our two other courses: our Level 5 ILM accredited course Managing Church Well, and Altitude Training, developed by GiANT Worldwide and delivered by Jules Morgan, Senior Consultant at Wakeman & Wright Group.

Manager Member Virtual Roundtable Sessions
Every other month our Manager level members are invited to come together online with their colleagues across the country for some spiritual encouragement, skills-based development, and discussion in breakout rooms. Find out more here.

We also host termly bite-sized skill sharing and discussion sessions over lunch for our Administrator level members. Find out the date of our next session here.

Conferences 

Cutting Edge Conferences - Tickets for Cutting Edge 2026 now on sale! Click here to find out more. To date, we have run 13 Cutting Edge Conferences aimed at senior-managers, alternating each year between single day conferences and longer, 3 day residentials. You can purchase and download a digital pack from our 2024 conference with our keynote talks and slides from our shop here.

UCAN National Conferences - In June & July 2025 we hosted a 1-day conference on two different days in two different locations, open to Manager & Administrator Members! More than 275 church administrators, managers and leaders joined us across the two days, for a time of worship, learning and connection. Our next National Conferences will be in 2027 - watch this space!

HR Support - HR can often be an overlooked or underequipped area of church management. That's why we set up www.churchworkers.net - an affordable subscription HR service where you can receive support and advice with a genuine understanding of the church context.
