The Work of a Church Administrator
Starts: 15 September 2025
Who is it for: UCAN Administrator members in an employed or voluntary administrative role in a local UK church of any Christian Trinitarian denomination.
UCAN Membership requirement: Administrator level.
About the course: A 12–15 month college-accredited distance learning course for those in non-managerial admin roles, this ten-unit programme explores the foundations of church administration through self-study, reflection, and application. It also addresses the biblical significance of the role, helping you connect practical skills with your ministry calling. With UCAN tutor support and a peer study group, you'll grow in confidence and competence in your role.

Altitude Training
Starts: 24 September 2025
Who is it for: Church leaders and managers looking to grow personally and develop their teams.
UCAN Membership requirement: Manager level.
About the course: A 12-month CPD accredited course, developed by GiANT Worldwide and delivered by Dr Jules Morgan, UCAN Director and Senior Consultant at Wakeman Wright Group. This practical and highly interactive online course helps you grow in self-awareness, relational insight and team development. You'll gain proven tools to lead yourself and others well, with space for reflection, coaching and challenge in a small cohort.

Managing Church Well
Starts: 8 October 2025
Who is it for: Church managers, operations directors, senior leaders and ministers with management responsibility.
UCAN Membership requirement: Manager level.
About the course: This 15-18 month ILM accredited, degree-level leadership course combines biblical insight with professional development. You'll explore how to lead teams, manage people, and develop yourself as a church leader. Workshops are led online and in person by experienced facilitators and supported by a strong peer learning environment.
